Reservation conditions
To be able to guarantee your reservation we need your stay details no later then on 1st June 2007. Afterwards we will still be able to arrange all services, anyhow we will have to return unused rooms in our room blocks to hotels and it may happen that there will be reduced availability.
How to book
In order to benefit from the special rates, please send us the Reservation
form in MS Excel (xls) or Acrobat
(pdf) as email attachement to our email address wusv@hotelforyou.com

Each team will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name
and
address of the hotel, as well required deposit.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation
as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment of Deposit and booking fees should be made in Euro by the following
methods:
* Cheque
* Bank Transfer
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating team and should
be paid at source in addition to the deposit.
Please note that 30 days prior to your arrival you are required to send
the balance of the accommodation charge.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by e-mail.
* Cancellations received 90 days before arrival – full refund
without bank charges will be made.
* Cancellation received between 90 and 30 days before arrival - 25% fee
will be charged.
* Cancellation received between 29 and 15 days before arrival - 50% fee
will be charged.
* Cancellation received 14 and less days before arrival - 100% fee will
be charged.
